Services Provided
We provide towing and roadside assistance services in El Mirage, AZ and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing.
We make every effort to provide prompt and professional service. However, response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, traffic, and service demand.
Payment and Pricing
All prices are quoted before service begins. Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
Prices may change based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and special circumstances. Any additional charges will be communicated to you before we proceed with the service.
Vehicle Condition and Liability
You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage to your vehicle before we begin service. We use professional equipment and techniques to minimize risk during towing. However, we are not liable for damage to vehicles that are already damaged, improperly maintained, or have mechanical issues.
We are not responsible for items left inside your vehicle. Please remove all valuables before your vehicle is towed.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel service after we've been dispatched, cancellation fees may apply. Please call us as soon as possible if you no longer need assistance.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your location and vehicle condition. You must be present or designate an authorized representative to be present when service is provided.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to authorize towing of the vehicle. We may require proof of ownership or authorization before providing service.
Safety and Cooperation
For your safety and ours, please follow all instructions provided by our drivers. Do not interfere with towing operations. Our drivers have the right to refuse service if they feel conditions are unsafe or if customers are uncooperative or threatening.
Storage and Impound
If your vehicle is stored at our facility or a designated location, storage fees may apply. You are responsible for retrieving your vehicle in a timely manner. Vehicles left beyond agreed-upon timeframes may be subject to additional storage charges or disposal according to Arizona state law.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We carry insurance as required by Arizona law.
Disputes and Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before taking legal action.
